If I HAD to take an Audi somewhere for a clutch replacement and I didn't
know a for-certain non-dealer specialist who worked on the same cars
regularly and successfully, it would be to the dealer.  They should at
least have the proper tools.  I've never heard of an Audi-authorized
service center, but that would be an acceptable option.
