Don't use Fram (what about Ferrari? LAC)

I dont know if it makes sense, or even is true, but I believe I have
once heard that there is a difference between US and European Fram
filters. I have nver heard any bad stuff about Fram filters except from
you guys.
Anyways, I always buy my filters at the dealer. The price is pretty much
the same as from the FLAPS here, but the fact that it has the 4 rings on
it is reassuring to me.
