Vibration Damper TDC mark

I'm using a vibration damper from a different 5 cyl (don't know where it came
from) in a NF engine I'm rebuilding.

It does not have the cut showing in the 5K Bentley, but it has what seems to
be an arrow on the outside face.

Would it be equivalent to the mark pictured at the 5K Bentley?
