4kq heater core and bentley manual wanted

Hi All
You guys are very helpful and your support is appreciated! 
I got my car on the road and smell coolant from the heatercore. Is it a big
job or simple? Any cost estimates for the heater core? Is it the same as
another model?
Also, wanted a Bentley Manual for it 1986 4000 S quattro.(5 cyl gas non
turbo)
