Flex pipe to isolate engine from exhaust in hope to save manifolds.

8" flex pipe - high flow cat - 8" flex pipe - 3" s.s. mandrell bent pipe -
extra hangar at centre bearing support - 2 x s.s. resonator - s.s. race
muffler.

Total cost installed, with hangars, tip and taxes was quoted at $950 CDN.
Cost for HD Galvanized system ~$150 CDN less.

I like the look of the shop and I'm comfortable with the people. Is this in
the ballpark of good value?

I'm looking for a performing but smooth sounding exhaust hence the dual
resonators, any BTDTs or other informed opinions?

Someone was building / did build a 3" downpipe for the 44T, is this a viable
option, are they available?
