The answers are thorough, complete and accurate, listing all the standard
trouble items, advised upgrades, etc. As a result, any Audi whose owner is
on this list is likely to be in better shape than anyone who is trying to
do this in isolation - knowledge is power, etc.

I'd like to make a non-Audi related request of our list members for the
same type of help. I'm having terrible troubles with Windows 95 v2 on my
wife's computer. (My machines run W3.1, and are mostly trouble free.) Her
computer has a litany of troubles, and I simply don't know enough about W95
to fix it properly.

What I need is this: The W-95 equivalent to the "I just bought an Audi
checklist", i.e. "Check this setting, go here, do this, see that X works
properly", etc.

Please reply off-list, since this *is* and Audi list, not a computer
problems list (other than MIME and HTML).

Marginal Audi content: This is Motorcycle Week here in Daytona, and I'm
seeing an unusually high number of A-6's in town. Also, the new Munch
Mammoth 2000 is on display - remember the old one used and NSU engine,
which is the (tenuous) connection to Audi. This motorcycle weighs 841 lbs,
has a two liter Cosworth engine, turbocharged, and makes (gulp) 260
horsepower. It isn't as big as it looks in the photos, but it sure does
have a lot of stuff packed into it. List price, by the way, is . . . . . .
$80,000 per copy. Not USA legal yet, but that's coming.

Best Regards,

Mike Arman
