Germanubercars IS Robert Hack and Motodyne. I was looking through past auctions, and one had "motodyne.com home of the s cars" as the location. germanubercars and holbert 959 are the screen names of  robert hack, motodyne, kurbin, and whatever he comes up with next to screw people.
