7A head on NG/NF/MC block?

Does the 20v head bolt onto the 10v block? The NG/JT/MC heads/blocks all bolt up to eachother. If the 20v head will bolt up, that changes everything. I could just bolt the 20v head on to my block or an NF/G block, and the 20v would be great for reving. Will the 20v turbo head bolt on too, or just the N/A head? Seems cheaper than buying the whole 20v engine for $4000.
