Is the MC cam a upgrade for the 4kq??

I had the turbo cam to put in but didn't get around to it until I added the turbo too so I'm not a big help. Pop in an NG cam it's a bit more agressive. You could always bolt on a turbo to her JT, that'll make her flip, it made me flip anyway. And all for less money than a schrick :)
