High Beam Dash Light not working after new harness

I recently installed a Blau headlight harness. High and low beams seem to work
fine. The only thing is that the blue high beam dash light does not come on
although high beams appear to work fine.

Any ideas before I take the instrument cluster out to check the bulb, which I
dont want to do unless I have to?

Also, someone a while a go mentioned a way to crosswire so that both high and
low beams stay on when the high beams are on, how's this done?
