Well I guess it makes me feel a bit better, thanks :-)
I'm certain my tq didn't do this before, and I checked my 90 and it does
not do it either.
Although the 90 steering column is setup quite differently as it has
nuts on the end of those slide pins where the 4kq pins are not threaded
on the end (this is on the U-joint which joins the upper and lower
halves of the steering column). Least that's what I could tell from a
quick inspection on the 90.
