version I have seen in that the back end of two scissor legs (left and
right) rests on the floor, and the front end of the other two have
rollers (also on the floor).  I'm pretty sure the snap-on had a metal
base.  This is listed as US General Model 46604 in the manual.  --Gary

Wow, I never knew they were so cheep!  Hmm, I wounder
if they would let me have one of these in a parking garage...
