4kq rear tie rods

I'm needing to replace the rear tie rods on my '84 4kq to pass state
inspection (they are waaaay rusted).

I've heard that the rear tie rods from the 80/90 is of a better design,
and that it fits the 4kq.  Upon looking up part numbers, I see that
there are not one, but three different rear tie rod part numbers for the
80/90 depending on model year and vin.

Does anyone know which is the correct one of the three to use on a 4kq?
And does it even matter?  Here they are for reference:

1. 80/90 Q (up to 88  Vin#J351070)
2. 80/90 Q (from 88 Vin#J351071-90 Vin#L045362), CpeQ (up to 90
Vin#L003681)
3. 80/90 Q (from 90 Vin#L003682-92), CpeQ (from 90 Vin#L003682-91)

They are all priced the same. Any reason not to use the 80/90 tie rods
on the 4kq??
