Got em, I was wearing a Schroth harness while on the track.  Last time I
assembled the wheel I gained the "feature" where if you apply pressure
to the wheel it will push in about 1/4" and sound the horn.  I played
wiith it for a while but never could get it to stop doing that no matter
how many times I futzed with the assembly.  The wheel is off-center
anyway so I'll look at it again next time I take it off.
