	It is our regret to inform you that recent regulatory developments with the
NHTSA has put
	the sale or importation of HID retrofit products in question.

	These regulatory changes and/or enforcement will effect ALL HID kit sales.

	On or about 8/15/2003, HID kits as you know it will never be sold again
unless
	new laws or changes to existing regulations are made. I'm sure there are
all types
	of legal issues here, but Liteswap.com will have to comply with whatever
NHTSA imposes
	on Catz. To our knowledge, after 8/15/03, there will be a possible $5,000
fine PER DAY
	for manufacturers selling HID kits. Therefore, since we cannot obtain
inventory or
	new product from the manufacturer, we will have nothing to sell.

	In light of these developments, Liteswap.com needs to move out ALL
remaining inventory.
	We plan to remove items that fall under this regulation WELL BEFORE the
8/15 date.
	Please do not wait until the last minute as we may cease sales before that
date and without prior notice.

Bummer. It's a great upgrade...
