Jim,

You will need to replace the entire rack.  There a number of excellent
write-ups out there, run some searches on the www.audifans.com site.

Check that your high pressure hose is not leaking and making it look
like the rack leaks (BTDT).  If the HP hose has a sleeve over it, cut
it off and check for leaks, Pentosin tends to run down the jacket and
exit next to the rack!

The process is a bit of pain, most common issue is getting tie
rods out (need a decent gear puller and some heat) and getting the
hoses hooked up again once you are done.  Get the hoses started
BEFORE you bolt the rack up it will save a good deal of time!
