CGT: Moving turn signals from bumpers to corners

I have done this on a couple-three cars, but usually as part of a more 
intensive lighting overhaul.

I would suggest searching the www for "markerflash," this is a really 
easy thing to do without changing bulbs, etc.  Moving one wire is 
usually all you need to do.
