Front end still rattles when going over bumps....

Yes, they are very likely candidates.  Less likely, but you might as 
well check, are the subframe bushings.  And, of course *any* bushing 
anywhere in the front suspecsion/steering that you haven't replaced 
yet... and also, though even less likely to cause a rattle, engine and 
tranny mounts.
