Anyone here done a TDI-into A4Q conversion?

Yes, of course! Vanagons and related Westfalias are my specialty. My current
Westy Syncro is slated to get a 2.5 TDI A6 engine soon. Need more power! I'm
not too concerned about doing the A4 conversion, just hoping for someone who
may have already converted something similar for feedback when needed. I can
hardly wait to drive this beast, with 70+ lbs/ft more torque than the 1.8T.
Hell, I may chip the beast if all goes well.

BTW, anyone have a serious interest in the dead 1.8T engine with all
electronics when it's out? It supposedly ran [with tapping] before it was
delivered to me, but now it doesn't crank over.

friend of mine that knows TDI's better than me.  I have also
