Transmission compatibility

Here's a quick question that I can't seem to find the answer to online.
Is it possible to put the tranny from a 20V 3B engine (91 200 tq) in to
a 5ktq? Mostly I'm wondering about the bell housing pattern, and shift
connection. I'd really like to get a torsen center diff (ala the 200's),
but don't know if the 91 tq tranny will work.
