Stuck Rear Caliper...

The piston is threaded onto a center shaft (part of the E-brake system).
You need to push in on the piston while simultaneously unscrewing it. Then
again, I think not. That center shaft has two flats on the other end to keep
it from rotating. Just unscrewing it will work. Leather covered jaws of Lock
Channels work. Plumbing wrench, etc. Protect the piston from tool damage.

Once its unscrewed, the piston still may not want to come out. Use
compressed air to pop it out. Use wood inside the caliper to limit piston
travel to 1/2 inch or so. And keep your fingers out of the way!!!!  Ask me
how I know.  Oooooo . it still smarts just thinking about it.
