Auto Check System & Trip Computer - Tech Advice Needed

Yeah,

I'm thinking that the circuit board has at least something to do with the
auto-check system as the left front push rod which cycles the auto-check
readout hits a button on this circuit board AND alot of the solder looks
discolored.

So i'll try replacing this circuit board/trip computer/auto check system
with a used one and see what happens.

Will also try to find some stabilant to put on the connectors for
reassembly.

Hi:

I would assume that it also controls the trip computer, as I wrote up on
the page, my trip computer is now a little whacky on the readings because
I replaced the "autocheck" board with one out of a Normally Aspirated
model. Miles to empty, MPG etc. readings are comical.

Try Chris Semple at ForceFive, he usually has good prices. You should be
able to pick up a complete cluster for around $100.
