IMPORTANT: Pinion ring swap 5000TQ vs 100Q

First:

I really need to know if i can swap Big ring and pinion from my old 100Q (4.11 ratio)  tranny, to the 5000TQ(3.98 ratio) tranny ?


Second:

Finally i got the answer myself for rear diff swap from 5000TQ to 100Q, or flange swap. Both are identical flange for sure , center seal and bearing (input shaft).
And i know now how take off in parts  the rear diff..... how to change seals and bearings. It tooks 1 hour to do the job on 2 rear diff.
I did not find any procedure on archives.
