A set of springs from an 80Q or 90Q (88-91 or so) will apparently fit
and raise the car a bit, since they are made for a heavier car.  Also,
the type 89's don't seem to exhibit that typical 4kq rear end sag, so
maybe they will hold up a bit better.

Take this with a grain of salt, I've never actually done it myself.  You
may have to swap the entire strut housing assembly - but even a used set
of those shouldn't cost too much these days, and with everything in hand
you can compare fitments of all the parts and use whatever is necessary.
