Gamma Radio Replacement

I would like to replace the Audi Gamma cassette player in my '92 100S. Is
there a cdplayer available that will work the instrument cluster display?
Also, what about the amps for the rear speakers? Anything special with them
to consider for the pre-amp outputs? Any suggestions and tips for clean,
neat installation would be a great help also.
