Will Manadatory dyno testing kill quattro and 4wd?

These are not real dynos people are talking about,
right ? There just rollers that allow a load to put on
the car for emissions purposes: so you can drive the
car to 25 mph with it standing still.

Regarding CA emissions testing for 4wd vechicles I was
told 4wd "roller" testing is a ways off . This was the
word at an "official" state smog station where I got
my turbo conversion approved.
