Will Manadatory dyno testing kill quattro and 4wd?

They will have to provide 4wd dynos or do static tests.  Denver has a
single 4wd Dyno at each testing facility.  Having AWD actually helps as
they are not keen on backups and tend to hurry testing. ;-)  They
actually missed the Corvette motor on the LT1Q complete with booming
dual 2.5" pipes echoing through the testing building!  This is after the
test dude nearly launched it out the other side of the building....

New cars get an automatic exemption (at least in CO) so there is no real
hassle for new car buyers having AWD.
