dyno, quattro, etc

Dyno testing is for emissions. It's supposedly more accurate than the
tailpipe sniffer test.

In CT they _used_ to have dyno tests, before the state shut down emissions
testing for a year or so (corruption at the testing facilities. I had my car
dyno'd by the state one time, and it was fine.

I am not sure what will be done with the new, revised testing. Considering
how many people with S4s and tunes 1.8ts dyno their car with tuners, etc., I
don't see how there can be a concern with a four-wheel roller dyno.
