Audi service records, how do I get them?

I'd contact the dealer that did the work (maybe go in person with the car
if it's possible) and explain that  the PO lost the paperwork at a detail
shop or something like that, and you wonder if they can supply
copies.  They probably have them in the computer for up to two or three
years back, but probably not from before that.
