Type 89 spring upgrade info needed

I am looking for some options for upgrading the springs on my '91 80q.  The
stockers ride a way too soft.  I have seen some aftermarket lowering,
HR,etc.  But those are all lowering, I would rather not lower the car, its
already low.Anyone have a none lowering spring options and/or experience
that stiffens the ride a bit, and don't ride like a race car(don't want it
too stiff).
