There were some 1989 Audi 100E models sold in the US that came with
the three-knob manual controls.  The 100E was a "stripped down" model
with hubcaps and all.  You could hunt for one of these in the salvage
yards, but it might be a very rare find.  The Audi dealer should be able
to get the parts, but you'll have to pay $$$ to buy them.
