I don't think anyone on the q-list has such a beast... pretty rare indeed!

BTW 'E' was on all 2.2 and 2.3 Audi 100s in Europe, but it stood for
Einspritz (Injection) rather than Economy. We do have lots of no-options
type 44 Audi 100s here, plastic hubcaps are the norm rather than the exception.
