Thanks for 5TQ no-start

Thanks to all for the advice re my no-start 5TQ.

It turns out that the ignition was not the problem.  It appears to be vapour
lock.  I think the injector blower is not working and it has been unusually
warm here in Calgary.

I followed the advice of Robert Houk in the archives and installed "THE
LARGE RED BUTTON" which manually turns on the cold-start injector.  This
solved the problem but did not fix the cause, of course.

I'm working on it.
