wheels within wheels, aha, spacers!

Have a set of 16" six spoke A4 sport wheels, 45mm offset and want to put
them onto my V8Q, which uses 35mm offset.

Therefore, I need a set of four 10mm spacers, hubcentric, 5 by 112, and
twenty of the +10mm lug bolts so the wheels don't fall off.

Tire rack rather snippily informed me they don't carry wheel spacers, and
I'd *really* prefer not to buy these brand spanking new since I am not even
sure the tires will fit correctly and that I will like the look of the
wheels (I think I will, the standard V8 wheels are pretty blahhh IMO).

Anyone got a set of these?

Alternatively, are there two listers out there with two each? I know Chris
Miller has a set of two . . .

(Definition of Audi enthusiast - I *should* be paying attention to
Hurricane Isabel which appears to be currently aimed directly at Daytona
Beach, but I'm really more interested in the wheel spacers.)
