Having done one such converison using a 10V I can say it is not worth it from a Dollar perspective. The best bang for your buck is an overbore of a 2.2 turbo with money spent in turbo, headwork, and fuel managment system. The eurovans also have a history of burning up the #5 rod bearing, not to sure if it's due to the crank, oiling system, or some other factor, but I've seen several dozen engines with the same problem, #5 rod through the block.
