Help Troubleshooting wipers, type 44

This is actually fairly common with ANY brand of
vehicle, but usually doesn't happen until very high
mileage/age.  I replaced the motor in my 200 w/ a
junkyard one with 100k miles.  I've replaced the motor
in my Dorf truck twice including this past spring.
Same symptoms.  I pay less than $5. at the puller and
they usually last me quite awhile.
