Weird noise at boost

Sure sounds like pinging to me.  Your boost gauge could be wrong so you
actually doing more boost than what it indicates.  Your wastegate FV may not
be working.  The knock sensor may be bad.  For the time being ease off on
the gas pedal you are damaging your engine  (if it is pinging that is)
