Hello

what you can try to do is force feed to the motor (use a booster if you have
one) 12v +and - one way and -and + the other way one way goes up the other
way down. if this does not work then you need to replace the motor.

as far as removing track and the motor. this is the way i did it in my 4kq.
because i really didnt have to remove the glass. rolled the window all the
way down, unscrewed the window fron track, piece of wood to hold window up
some. removed the rest of all screws and the motor came out (dont forget the
two under the door) and replace its was fairly easy, maybe around 1.5 hrs
