CAUTION - virus with good cover

I received this as well a few days ago but I thought it was kinda fishy
as I've never given my mail adress to Microsoft. That's why I didnt open
it :-)

I also received another similar message, with a shorter text. The
subject was simply "Use this patch immediately !" and was supposedly
sent from security at microsoft.com. The text was as follows:

Dear friend , use this Internet Explorer patch now!
There are dangerous virus in the Internet now!
More than 500.000 already infected!
