Header time, suspension too, and a bomb q

Well my experience is that the bomb was giving 0 pumps with the engine
off, so I guess you could say it was completely useless and I never had the
pedal go hard on me, I don't have a grand theory for that, it's simply my
experience. My only offering by way of explanation is that maybe some
peoples pumps aren't working so well?
But I'm old enough and ugly enough (as they say) to know that changing
it did nothing to improve my braking performance, - stomp (not all that
hard) without bomb working = lock em all up if you want, stomp (not all that
hard) with bomb working = same result.
At the end of the day though, there's no justification for not changing a
bad one - it's the only thing to stop you if the engine quits..
Cheers,
rob

beeping at me - or at least I did until I disabled the pressure switch on
the booster, but I've never had the pedal get hard on me. I can get about 3
pumps out of it with the engine off before it goes hard too, which is how I
know it's bad, but even in the most sudden panic stop I don't recall ever
having anything less then the usual marshmellow to step on.
