power steering fluid foamy

They carry all OEM parts at very good prices. Pentosin steering fluid is best for your car b/c that's what it was designed for. Unless your system is leaking, you really don't need a lot. It's a good idea to clean out the old fluid if it's very black/dirty... just like brake fluid, you only need to change it after several years.

Speaking of power steering fluid, I need to replenish
it in my 5KTQ, any suggestions besides the expensive
dealer option?

Something that would not cause adverse effect in the
pump/system.
