I feel your pain! When I changed the TB I had the same trouble, I
ended up getting an oil seal puller from Schucks Auto parts... (it
looks like a flat hammer with claws on both sides)
That FINALLY did the trick, I did get the dental tool they had as well
(just made it easier to get the puller in there) It takes some time...
but it will finally get out...
When putting the seal back in MAKE SURE IT HAS THE SPRING AROUND IT!
When I did this I noticed the extra part and had to redo it... (and buy
a new seal since getting it out ruins it) :( live and learn!
