power loss at 4000

list of new parts. I checked the resistance of all my wires, 2 had 6Kohms of 
resistance like they should, but the other three were all infinit.

This did not solve my problem. I am going to completly disconect the cat 
from the car to see if this could be it. But I dont think it is. The engine 
has full power up to (most of the time) 4000 rpm then at just 4100 it just 
stops accelerating. Then when I let go of the gas run the rpms down, it runs 
really bad. Like I have a spark plug wire off. But then it seems to charge 
back up to full power, and die again at 4100. I sometimes here the lifters 
klacking when I leave it at high rpm for 20 seconds or so.
