Exhaust flare tool?

Ok, my Audi question of the day:

Does anyone know of a inexpensive tool or a procedure to make the flares for
Audi exhaust pipes?  I'm talking about the flares that are on the joining
sections (ex-between the middle and rear muffler sections) that use the
metal donuts in-between them.  I need to replace the exhaust on one of my
4kq's soon, and I'd like to fab it myself, but I'm not sure how to do the
flaring.

Also, is there a good source for the three point flanges?
