1990 V8 FORSALE

Just testing the water... a 'low on cash' relative of mine bought a 1990 V8q
for a family car. Thing is he didn't ask me before the purchase and i told
him about the potential money pit these cars can be. He decided to sell it
before he did any work to it. I checked it out and it needs the following:

cat-back exaust, minor rear diff oil leaks, minor/mild engine oil leak,
climate control fan 'sometimes' works, and paint.

Otherwise, the car runs and drives well, has newer tires and brakes all
around. Car has well over 100k miles but i don't know for sure exactly. He
was going to install an exhaust and cheap paint then try to get $3500 for
it. Anyone interested before he does any work? Car located in Reading Pa.
