Need BTDT info on replacing fuel line from tank to pressure regulator

The fuel line (tank to pressure regulator) is leaking. Leak is at the
connection on the pressure regulator. The fuel line connector is all rusted
up.
Regulator and other fuel line at the regulator is one year old. I replaced
those 2 years ago for leaking fuel line.

Whats the trick for replacing the tank/reg fuel line?
Is it possible to snake in a new line?
Does the tank need to be dropped to gain access for feeding out old line and
feeding in the new line?

Any tricks involved in dropping or lowering the gas tank?
