Accelerator Cables

There are two general cable end procedures. One is to crimp a fixture onto
the end of the cable, for which there are special tools and fixtures. The
more common is to form a solder ball within the strands of the cable that
keep the cable from slipping through cable end fixture. The only tools
needed for this approach are a heat source and appropriate solder, but it
requires a fair amount of skill.
