I bought an 81 rx-7 new and it has been driven almoste every day since.
 The only major items in 200 k miles is 3 clutches, two water pumps,
and clutch hydraulics twice.

Cheap parts compared to Audi and almost as reliable.  Of course it is
like driving a go kart to work.
