If you need a new cluster you can always check out car-part.com.  I
did a quick query on their website and depending on your current
mileage, you could find a new cluster there from $150-200.  You want
to look for a cluster with lower mileage than what you current have,
that way you can increase the mileage on the used odometer to your
current mileage.

I believe it is easier for the dealership to increase the mileage on
the used cluster than roll it back, for obvious reasons.
