High Speed Cut-Out

Cody brings up a good point about the possibility that this is an overboost
protection cutout.  Check the lower wastegate hose first. If the hose is
broken or cracked it will prevent the wastegate from working. I left that
thing off once and the wastegate never opened with the lower hose off so
the pressure exceeded the protection limit in the ecu.
